Dr. Oz - Winter Allergies Hidden in your home
If cold lasts more than 2 wks, probably suffering from winter allergies.
Winter allergy culprits:
1) Bookshelf in bedroom, collects dust, wheezing, congestions, sore throats. Keep bookshelf away from bed. Take Antihistamines.
